Our final Wedding of 2015 was definitely one of our largest undertakings ever. Our first meeting everything was pretty typical. The initial consult went pretty smooth, maybe because we worked for Tammy in the past for her daughter’s sweet 16. Tammy & Russell started off with our Diamond Entertainment Package, which included DJ service, computer controlled Uplighting, Intelligent Dance Floor Lights, a Custom Monogram, and 2 LED TV’s for Slide Shows, Music Videos, and live action camera.
They had big ideas, and wanted their reception like no other, so throughout the planning process, she made a few additions and changes to make their reception bigger and better. The first option they added, was a separate ceremony system. Then they went on to add our world class partner Percussionist John Donovan. Shortly after, Tammy wanted to surprise her guests with a choreographed dance for her dance with her father, so we went to work on a custom 10 minute pre-mixed track featuring 20 Songs, movie and TV clips. Next she had families do a special pre-introduction video, and dinner slide show, and due to the size of the room, she wanted to make sure everyone could see, so her final upgrade was to replace our standard LED video screens with 10′ projection screens.
After a beautiful Wedding ceremony performed by Marc Pun of Pun Nuptials in the Lehigh Room of the Best Western, Bethlehem, PA. The guests headed over to the Bar With No Name for Cocktails, where the Bride & Groom had cute flag banners made up with their photos. From there they came over to the Hanover Grande Ballroom for the introductions, with a surprise pre-introduction video from “Mona & Jack”. After the introductions the Bride & Groom were ready to go into their first dance, with a beautiful rendition of “To Make You Feel My Love” performed by the incredible acapella group Straight No Chaser. It just happens to be that Tammy went to school with one of the singer from the group, Jerome. Well our friend John Donovan also knew him and reached out to him, and Jerome recorded a very beautiful congratulations video that we played leading into their first dance. After all of these special surprises for the guests, and a wonderful dinner, we opened up the dance floor, and partied all night.
