It was our honor and privilege to perform at Rebecca & Brandon’s Wedding at Mountain Valley Golf Course on September 12, 2015. This is the first event we have worked at this beautiful venue, and it was a wonderful experience. We were a little nervous as we were setting up, as we were performing for an outdoor ceremony, and there were torrential downpours, with no end in site on the radar. Once the ceremony started, the rains let up a little. One of Rebecca’s close friends sang a beautiful rendition of “Clint Black’s When I Said I Do” during the service (video below), and by the time they said I do, the skies cleared up, and the rain was gone.
Now on to the reception. Once we brought the bridal party in for formal introductions, they kicked off the reception with a bit of a “Watch Me (by Silento)” performance, before moving into the First Dance. I could tell it was going to be a good night. After dinner we opened the dance floor, and my initial gut feelings were correct. This was going to be a rowdy crowd. They danced to everything we threw at them, from Whitney Houston, to Luke Bryan, to Avicii, to Dion and everything in between. Brandon and Rebecca chose to go with a custom package that included DJ service, Intelligent Uplighting, and sound reinforcement for the ceremony.
